Training process of college is carried out by 55 teachers, including teacher instruction, holders of "Honorary Worker of Education of the Republic of Kazakhstan" and "I. Altynsarin "masters of management, marketing and Jurisprudence .
Teachers are collections of tests, textbooks, and manuals. Every year teaching staff undergo training courses in the city and national training institutions, as well as various training centers. Teachers are members of the scientific and practical conferences of different levels.
